SENATE BILL NO. 78 "An Act relating to the installation of window                                                               
tinting in automobiles" was read the second time.                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 938.                                                             
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 78(JUD) was

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
